VBAC information
I just left a meeting with a doula client who is planning a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). I shared the following information about cesarean support groups in the Twin Cities with her and we had a great discussion about planning for her next birth.

Healthy school lunch ideas
Just found this website http://www.laptoplunches.com/ideas.html#bored with some great ideas for kids lunches. I thought I was coming up with some pretty good ideas for my daughter’s lunches for a while, but when things got busy my food creativity took a nose dive. The site also sells little bento type lunch boxes, which are cute, but I try to steer clear of storing, and especially heating food in plastics due to the potential leaching of substances into the food. Individual Pyrex containers work nicely.
