Join Channing in the sunlight of the upper studio for a daytime class of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. Through postures, meditation, breath work and mantra, this class will provide a vehicle to experience deeper connection with your inner wisdom and bring the fullness of the self into the present moment. This class explores a monthly theme and offers an extended gong meditation on the last Tuesday of each month.

Prenatal Yoga Series (check back for future dates and times)
Celebrate your pregnancy, connect with your baby, develop your intuition and prepare for birth with Kundalini Yoga in this series designed specifically for pregnancy. Through Kriyas (postures) & Meditations, we will explore the themes of: Breath, Strength, Fear & Connection as they relate to the process of bringing life into the world. Each class will also end with birth practice time where we visualize and prepare for your birthing day.
Class is open to all, at any stage of pregnancy. No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is necessary. If possible, it is helpful to prepare for the series by finding a few minutes each day to mentally connect and communicate with your baby.
Exploring Fear with Kundalini Yoga (FULL)
Join us for a four week exploration of Kundalini Yoga as it relates to the ways fear is held in the body-mind and how it can show up in our lives. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and provides a path for noticing and changing our own deeply held patterns. It is a practice that is rooted in the experience of the individual, assisting one to tune in to exactly the things that are needed at this point on one’s journey. This four week yoga series will focus on Kriyas (sets of exercises) and Meditations that relate to the fight/flight response, the negative (protective mind) and differentiating between the fearful voice of the ego and your intuitive voice. No previous yoga experience necessary, the practices are open and available to everyone. Bring a mat and a sense of openness and curiosity.

Workshop Title: Kundalini Yoga for Disembodying Oppression (FULL)
Dive into an 6 week series that will explore Kundalini Yoga as it relates to releasing patterns of oppression and unconscious bias. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and provides a path for noticing and changing our own deeply held patterns. We will explore practices that affect how fear is held in the body, the fight/flight response of the nervous system, the negative/positive/neutral mind, conscious communication, intuitive speaking and intercommunication. No previous yoga experience necessary, the practices are open and available to everyone. Bring a mat, a sense of openness and exploration and your smile.
