WEEKLY CLASSES

Join Channing in the sunlight of the upper studio for a daytime class of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.  Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness.  Through postures, meditation, breath work and mantra, this class will provide a vehicle to experience deeper connection with your inner wisdom and bring the fullness of the self into the present moment.  This class explores a monthly theme and offers an extended gong meditation on the last Tuesday of each month.

"In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart. No words can replace your experience. Your mind may accept the words or it may not, but your consciousness will not accept just words."  -Yogi Bhajan. All are welcome.  No previous yoga experience necessary.

Tuesdays, 1 - 2:30 pm, River Garden Yoga www.rivergardenyoga.com

Cost: $15 suggested donation ($10-$20 sliding scale to fit financial need/ability and support the community). Drop in class, registering early is optional.
